  The Amendment proposes to introduce a new Schedule to Clause 43.05 of the Scheme, namely Neighbourhood Character Overlay Schedule 3. The new Schedule proposes to apply the NCO to the following properties:

  • 20 and 24-28A James Street, Ringwood

  • 19-29 James Street, Ringwood

  • 34 Kendall Street, Ringwood
