Customer Service is at the heart of everything we do at Council and it comes in many forms. Whether you interact with a Customer Service Officer, Statutory Planner, Engineer, or other Council staff, we want to ensure your experiences are helpful, positive and accessible.

As part of our commitment to provide a high level of customer service to the Maroondah community, we have developed the draft Customer Experience Strategy 2025-2029.

Your input and feedback have been crucial in shaping both the Communications Strategy 2025-2029 and the draft Customer Experience Strategy 2025-2029 to best meet the needs of all members of our diverse community.
