The COVID-19 community survey has now closed. We received a huge response and thank everyone who provided feedback during these challenging times.

Over the coming weeks we will be undertaking targeted consultations with primary and secondary schools as well as our culturally and linguistically diverse communities. Translated surveys will be available on this page, including online Burmese surveys.

After reviewing and collating all feedback received, our project team will develop a draft Relief and Recovery plan for further input from our community. If you requested to get involved in community recovery activities; wanted to discuss specific questions; or requested support; members of our relief and recovery team will be in contact with you very soon.

If you would like to receive updates as soon as they are available, please register your contact details by clicking the 'register' button on this page and we will email you upcoming information. Once registered you can opt out of email updates at any time. We look forward to you joining our Your Say Maroondah community and being involved in the projects that matter most to you.

Council acknowledges that the current COVID -19 Pandemic is challenging for each and every one of us, and is impacting our community in many different ways.

We are committed to involving our community in planning Maroondah's response to COVID-19. By working together, we can identify key priorities and support our community to help drive and shape our road to recovery.

If you would like to:

  • get involved in community recovery activities, such as further consultation or potential involvement in activities that address local needs
  • request Council contact you to discuss specific questions or any practical, emotional or social support needs that we may be able to connect you to.
