Swinburne University and Maroondah City Council will be holding a series of precinct level information session's in neighbourhoods that have been identified as a potential pilot area to apply the benefits of the Greening the Greyfields project.

The pilot project provides an exciting opportunity to work together with landowners and residents at a neighbourhood level, applying a coordinated approach to residential development that focuses on improved community benefits. Progressing the Pilot Project is subject to community support at the precinct level.

Over the coming weeks, residents and landowners in the proposed precinct areas will receive an invitation by mail to come along, learn more and provide their thoughts and ideas on this exciting new approach to redevelopment in their area.
