Customer Experience Strategy 2025-2029 adopted by Council

At the November Council meeting, Council adopted the Customer Experience Strategy 2025-2029, which focuses on improving customer experience and reach by addressing barriers, ensuring Council’s current channels and formats are appropriate and accessible, as well as looking to the future to ensure we can continue to develop our services over the next four years.

Mayor of Maroondah, Councillor Linda Hancock, said the Strategy provides strategic guidance and direction for customer service delivery across Council.

“It takes into account what Council is already achieving in this space and where enhancements can be made to ensure all Maroondah residents, ratepayers, customers and visitors feel welcomed and included, and that they can access Council information and services in a timely and efficient way,” Cr Hancock said.
